I tried to make my collage as stereotypically Canadian as possible, you can certainly tell that I love my country by the Canadian flag background. Some other things I included in this collage was a frozen pond with a person playing hockey, I did this because as Canada is know to be very cold all the time and it is also thought of that us Canadians love to be outside, which isn’t a lie, and there is no doubt that our country loves hockey so I definitely included this image. Now another stereotype I added into this was the igloo, this also comes in with the very cold weather, anybody that hasn’t been to Canada could think and most do think that we live in igloos like eskimos and get to and from places on a sled run by dogs. Also to give it that true Canadian feel I added a poutine, a Tim Hortons double-double coffee with a pink sprinkle donut it was literally the icing on the donut. Something’s I placed on my page consisted of government systems that make my life easier like health care paid for by the tax payers, another one would be the exceptance of LGBTQ community and though not everyone is respectful and understanding towards these people they are still excepted. All in all this collage is more Canadian than I most likely am, that’s what my Canadian identity consists of.
