my historical ‘artifact’ is a CD passed down from my mom which is Michael Jackson’s “Bad” album. The reason why this CD is historical in a way, is that my mom had gotten it when she was a young girl, for her love of Michael Jackson. So when I was a young girl, on my own I found a fondness in him as well. My mother still had the CD and gave it to me so I could listen to more of his songs. To this day, I still use the album and it means a lot to me being able to keep it. And, to hopefully pass it down to my kids in the future.
