The canadians response to the war was some what negative and positive. The canadians that were excited were the ones that wanted to go to wqr with their buddies and friends or the people that were entusiastic in going to war to fight for their country. If i lived during the outbreak of war i would have volenteered because the men that were old/ young enough went to fight. If you stayed at home you didnt look like a mqn and you needed to work in factories and make supplies for the war. I would be proud to fight for my country and the people in it so that they may live peaceful and war free lives and conflict may end between the countries fighting. If you volenteered you look more brave than others who stayed home and made supplies for the war.
