The first couple of things that I thought to put on paper to reflect how I was apart of a Canadian society were background flags. These flags such as, the Irish, Scottish and Ukrainian flags are my backgrounds but those flags alone represent a Canadian given the fact that there is no specific background to being Canadian. Each and every background can be Canadian because we except everybody(Ex. French-Canadian). Not only flags but there are stereotypes that also make us Canadian. One being that we consume a lot of Tim Hortons, play a lot of hockey and drink tonnes of beer. Although this isn’t true for everyone, it has become something that people have known Canadian for. I did end up putting all of these thing on the collage because in reality this is how we are seen from another’s point of view.
