The Atomic Bomb

The United States of America was justified in its decision to use an atomic bomb on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The USA was justified firstly because while American was trying to meet in the middle with Japan, the Japanese tried to sneak attack America. So even if Japan were to surrender there most likely would have been an attack on them anyways. Secondly, the Japanese people were a threat to all of America because they had been holding American prisoners and we’re starving and torturing them. Lastly, if America were to drop the bomb they thought it would end WW2 sooner because if they just fought in the was normally it would take longer to end and millions of Americans would have died. Dropping the the bomb was the only way to end WW2 without millions of American men and women dying.
